Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Czech Republic, Austria, Poland, Switzerland.

For shipments to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) may apply, which must be paid directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities by you.

We always offer the option of free shipping for all orders. This option is sent as standard mail and is ideal if you do not require urgent delivery.

Shipping with DHL

Our standard shipping via DHL ensures reliable delivery. This option offers great value for customers who want to receive their orders within a reasonable time frame.

DHL Express

For faster delivery, we offer various options through DHL Express, ideal for urgent orders:

• DHL Express Domestic (Germany only): Next business day delivery (Mon-Thu) for orders placed before 1 PM.
• DHL Express Worldwide: Delivery within 1-2 days for orders placed before 1 PM.
• DHL Express Economy Select: Delivery within 2-3 days for orders placed before 1 PM.

• DP Standard Mail (DW - DE): Delivery in 3-5 days.

• DHL Parcel International (DPI - INT): Delivery in 5-7 days.
• DHL Express Economy Select International (DEE - INT): Delivery in 2-3 days.

Please note that the costs for returning products are borne by the customer. If you wish to return a product, we ask you to sufficiently pay for the postage and send the package to our return address. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unpaid shipments.
